Why we love Jenny Packham for L.K. Bennett

Oh, hello, Jenny Packham for L.K. Bennett – don’t you look lovely? All inspired by the Golden Age of Cinema, there are several bridal-shoe styles to choose from. I quite fancy the Dahlia high-heel sandal with drop crystals (speaking as a bride-to-be, who might well be in the market for such a thing, of course). Actually, scrap that, I fancy Felicity, with her jazzy stars climbing up the foot; she looks modern and not too bridally (not an actual word). I reckon Sienna Miller might wear Felicity on a night out somewhere fabulous with, say, a matching microscopic metallic babydoll. Now that’s how to be a modern bride…

You don’t need Hollywood legs (or money) to wear the collection – there’s something for everyone. Fancy wearing fancy flats? Then the Cari shoe, embellished with a lovely pouf of satin, has your name on it or, for something slightly plainer, there’s Deedee. Jenny’s even designed a small collection of clutch bags to go with the shoes, my fave being a little white bucket style that looks as though it might be Tardis-like and therefore perfect for stashing large iPhones and hairbrushes. I brush my hair non-stop when nervous. Getting hitched, need shoes? Check out the Jenny Packham for L.K. Bennett edit below. Enjoy. I’m off to brush my hair.
